Low Cost Merchandisers started off as Low cost Enterprises in 1999 November .The first Owner was Mrs D.C Diener she was providing the Namibian Government with affordable goods and services and she was also providing fabrication and tailor services to the community until 2021 whereby she retired and gave ownership over to her son Quinsley Louw who was also working hand in hand with his mother while he was still in school he started his career in the Renewable Energy in 2015 he also went to upgrade his knowledge at a Super Solar School in 2017 because this is the future for many more generations to come ,because it can empower allot of peoples life’s in the future and now this is his passion
